New Mixtape: EQ – Fractions
The homie EQ has been teasing this mixtape all summer through various videos and finally has dropped it on us! It’s actually been available since August 30th, but we have been a bit of hiatus with my recent move to Boston. Regardless, this project is absolute FIRE! You may recognize this dude if you caught Logic’s Visionary Music Group tour this summer as he did some opening for him. His style certainly meshes well with Logic’s and there is certainly a demand for a collaboration. All in time, for now this project is a dope classic to crank up and vibe out with. I took so long posting his first video for his first song off of his upcoming project Fractions I didn’t realize he had already released his next video! Here’s his newest work, for his track Celebration, which will also be on Fractions set to drop August 30th.

Here’s a dope artist coming out of the DMV (Virginia, to be exact) that we have yet to have the pleasure of featuring. We’ve been following EQ on Twitter for a minute now via the advice of Logic, who as some readers may know is a favorite on this site. Even more recently, EQ has reached out to us, shouted us out, and even followed us on twitter! He has a dope mixtape that has been out since mid-April titled Nonficition, but this is the first single off of his upcoming project Fractions which is set to drop August 30th.
