So here’s a weird segment from Fuse TV called “intimate interviews” and this one is with Kendrick Lamar, fresh off of his colossal album release good kid, m.A.A.d city which sold over 200,000 copies in its first week. It’s not much about his music background, but there are some interesting and fun questions asked.
Mac Miller sits down with Escobar from Fuse TV to discuss his upcoming project with Pharrell, Pink Slime and where the name came about.
Mac Miller was gearing up for his set at yet another music festival (this time it’s Bonnaroo) but first has a sit down with Esteban Serrano aka the dude from Fuse that gets to interview every dope hip-hop artist. Mac talks about the remix to Bieber’s hit Boyfriend and how that came to be as well as his new single Onaroll off his upcoming joint EP with Pharrell Williams, Pink Slime.
Everyones favorite independent rapper Mac Miller sat down with this dude who does all the Fuse interviews lately apparently. Mac talks a lot of awesome stuff including his upcoming collaborative project he teased awhile back titled Pink Slime. He confirms that project will NOT be with Cam’ron who the interviewer (and myself) thought for sure that’s who the other part would be. However, the wonderful world of twitter has teased us that the project will be with Pharrell after he has made some #PinkSlime tweets and Mac has as well in response.
Fuse TV was able to sit down and interview A$AP Rocky along with a few other members of A$AP (Ferg, Twelvy) to discuss his interactions at the Bamboozle festival. Being that there were many acts on that card, Rocky was asked about many of the non-hip-hop artists on the card. Rocky shows nothing but love for My Chemical Romance, Foo Fighters, and even Jon Bon Jovi. This is why I love these cats, they show love for everyone! Rock also discusses his upcoming album, the Goldie video, women, and Scarface’s blessings. In the last interview, Queens’ very own Action Bronson storms the show for some jokes and BBQ cook-off challenges.
Here’s a recent interview Fuse had with the one and only 2 Chainz. The interview is brief but many subjects are touched on including him leaving Ludacris’ label DTP and announces the title to his new album coming this summer under Def Jam, Based on a TRU Story.
New interview with Mac Miller here as he discusses his experiences at SXSW, being named one of the Forbes 25 under 25, and his new mixtape Macadelic which will be dropping Friday. Mac is saying this mixtape will be a whole new sound so it will be interesting to hear what he has in store.
Interviews with A$AP are always entertaining and this one is no different. Rock clears up a ton of rumors that have been flying around including his album release, A$AP mob mixtape, and what happened with the XXL Freshman class cover. He also has some words about what he thought of this years class.
