New Mixtape – Gunplay – 601 & Snort

Say hello to the newest and craziest member of MMG, Gunplay.  This dude is straight from the streets and is not afraid to rap about what he’s witnessed and been through.  If you’re into some real raw and heavy shit definitely give this shit a spin, you won’t be disappointed.

Live Stream: MMG Press Conference from NYC

Rick Ross and the rest of Maybach Music Group have an open press conference planned for 2pm today.  Keep it locked in here.  Hopefully get some announcements as to a release for Self Made II or Meek Mill’s debut solo LP.  Plenty of big news out there that could be revealed today, stay tuned.

New Music: Mac Miller, Wiz Khalifa, Cypress Hill, MMG, Nas, 2 Chainz, Logic, Kid Ink, The Dean’s List, & MORE!

Lots of music has been dropping and we have been slacking on posting it all!  Hopefully this post can put a dent in it all.  First off, new music from the young Pittsburgh phenom Mac Miller with his remix of his track Of The Soul off his debut album Blue Slide Park that dropped back in November.  He recruited two OG’s for this one!

Next up I got a great collaboration of two artists of different genres.  Everyones favorite west coast stoners Cypress Hill teams up with the UK dubstep producer Rusko for a phenmonenal electro/hip hop fusion song.  Crank the bass on this one!

A little while back before Wiz dropped Talyor Allderdice featuring Fashawn called Mt. Money.  As if you didn’t have enough new Wiz as of late, here’s a little more!

Last week one of the best rappers alive and one of the most iconic OG’s in hip hop dropped his newest single, The Don.  Here is the newest from Nas.

One of our favorite up and coming young rappers Logic dropped the mp3 to his new song and video Numbers when his video hit 200,000 views.  The song is amazing and will be on his upcoming project due in Spring called Young Sinatra: Undeniable.

The one and only 2 Chainz dropped a new song last week as well this one is called Like Me.  This dude has been flooding the streets lately and is one of the hottest rappers trending lately!  Keep your eye on Tity Boi.

Tha Alumni Music Group’s main man Kid Ink has a new song that has leaked off of his upcoming debut LP Up & Away which is due to drop in June.

Rick Ross and the rest of MMG recently stopped by New York and hit up Funk Flex to debut this remix of Same Damn Time and as usual, “I like this Maybach Music.”  Wale also dropped a remix to the song Cashin’ Out.

Southern rapper and producer David Banner has linked up with other fellow southern rapper and producer Big K.R.I.T. fresh off the release of his mixtape, 4eva N a Day, to make this sick jam.

When it comes to originality in style, this next group is one of the best and are rising quickly.  The Dean’s List have dropped their newest track which will be on their project dropping April 3rd titled Generation X.  Definitely get ready for that one, their debut mixtape was incredible!  Check out the cover art for Generation X below.

Lastly I have an incredible track from dope producer/DJ and friend of the site Shigga.  This track also features Surreal of Australia and BIZNIZ of Korea, two MCs that put the hip hop lyrics over this dope heavy dubstep beat to make an incredible fusion of genres.

New Music: Tyga, Kenderick Lamar, Big KRIT, Busta Rhymes, MMG, Na Palm, The Dean’s List

I got another MASSIVE new music post to bring all of you.  This time I got all types of hip hop from southern to electronic.  Let’s start things off with a new song from Tyga which will be on his upcoming album Careless World: Rise of the Last King which is due to drop next week (2/21/12).  This song features Maybach Music Group’s Wale and the one and only nasty Nas!

Next up we got a new track from Kenderick Lamar.  This young rapper is really making a name for himself and though he doesn’t release a ton of music, everything he releases is really incredible and original work; a refreshing asset that seems to be lost amongst the Soulja Boys and Lil Bs of the world.

Next up some new music from Big KRIT.  This track is a follow-up to his KING freestyle from back in 2010.  KRIT gets into some issues he is clearly passionate about.  Keep an eye out for his mixtape 4eva & a Day in March!

Busta Bust comes through with a HUGE remix of his track Why Stop Now with some huge features.

MMG’s young blood Meek Mill is back with a brand new single and it is off the much anticipated sequel to his mixtape Dreamchasers from August 2011.  This track is off the chain, and features back to back Source magazine Man of the Year and MMG head honcho Rick Ross.  With this kind of power in his movement Meek Mill is surely on his way to the top.

Sticking with the theme of awesome collaborations, here’s a new track from Chiddy Bang featuring Chip Tha Ripper.  This track won’t be on won’t be on their album Breakfast but will be on their mixtape Grab A Plate.

These next few songs are from a couple artists who are some of the best at blending the genres of hip hop and electronic music.  These two music types have very similar vibes and mesh quite well.  The first artist goes by the name of Na Palm and has some great projects out including Dirty Girlz Like Dirty Beatz and Late At Night and just recently dropped a couple joints on his facebook page.  One is a 4 minute freestyle over a Daft Punk/Pretty Lights remix and the other is a Soundpusher banger.  Definitely give these tracks a listen.

The last song I have is by a group called The Dean’s List.  These dudes are an amazing blend of electronic and hip hop.  Their mixtape The Drive-In blew up the internet last year and received a great critical response.  They have a new project in the works titled Generation X which will sure to wow their fans and haters again.
