If you’re really in the dark on Slaughterhouse, they are one of the biggest supergroups in rap. Consisting of Joe Budden, Royce Da 5’9″, Crooked I, and Joell Ortiz and signed under Shady Aftermath. Needless to say they are a force to be reckoned with in the rap game. If you need any further proof, YouTube their freestyle cypher from the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards with Yelawolf & Em.

Trying to keep pace with he never ending flood of new music isn’t easy, but it must be done! Nicki Minaj has been dropping music this week in anticipation for her new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded which is set to release on April 2nd. Her newest single features Chris Brown and will surely be all over the radio soon enough. The other track she’s dropped features the one and only 2 Chainz! This track is much more raw and Nicki gets back to rapping. A much more “urban” song as the wikipedia page refers to the single. Regardless, I doubt you’ll be hearing this track on the radio anytime soon. These tracks are stream only but will be available on iTunes for purchase very soon.

J. Cole has been droppin songs here and there lately and I can’t say I hate it! This dude always makes quality music and has ridiculous rhymes and proved it with his hit debut album Cole World: A Sideline Story. This time he’s going in on Kirko Bangz’ hit Drank In My Cup.

Lastly, a couple songs from some artists you might be sleeping on but absolutely shouldn’t. First up, Brisco is a Florida rapper that has actually been around for awhile and you may recgonize his name because he’s made some great collaborations with Lil Wayne back in the day. Well he’s back again with just that. Also, if you haven’t heard the name Slaughterhouse you better get used to the name.
